A weekend of free exercise classes 21st - 22nd September

Join Friskis Aberdeen for our annual kick-off weekend with fun, energising and FREE exercise classes.  During our weekend we will have master classes run by visiting instructors from Sweden, and new exercise programmes led by local leaders. We offer an all-round work out including cardio, strength, flexibility and balance training all set to great music. This is the perfect chance to try something new, whether you are already fit or would like to start your fitness journey.  You work at your own pace, so our classes are suitable for a wide range of fitness levels.
