NHS Grampian staff are eligible for a discount of between 20% and 40% on Aberdeenshire Council's Sports & Fitness memberships.  This means you can access gym facilities for as little as £12 per month though there are a variety of different plans.  You do need to provide a payslip to sign up for the scheme and eligibility will be checked every 6 months.
