Feel Your Personal Best

fypb-logo-blue.pngSAMH (Scottish Association for Mental Health) and Public Health Scotland have developed a campaign, to share the benefits of physical activity and help you to Feel Your Personal Best.

Physical activity is central to good mental health and wellbeing, and small changes – like a daily walk with a friend –can lift your mood. Everyone deserves to feel the mental and physical benefits of physical activity, so SAMH, Public Health Scotland and sportscotland are working together to help you #FeelYourPersonalBest.

By finding ways to fit activity into your day, whether that's when you’re out and about, at work, at home or at the shops you will feel a difference in your mood and energy levels. A walk at lunchtime, a jog in your local area, an exercise class or a competitive match - whatever you do it's about making time for you to move more, so you can #FeelYourPersonalBest.
