Step Forth for 2024 - Results and evaluation
Thank you to everyone who took part in this year’s competition which took place from Monday 15th January ’24 to Sunday 11th February ’24.
Approximately 1,700 staff took part in over 350 teams. This is around 10% of all NHS Grampian staff: brilliant!
There were 529,887,828 steps in total over the 4 weeks which is magnificent considering the snow and the rain.

Paths for All and Stirling University conducted research on the Challenge with around 500 NHS Grampian staff. Thank you to everyone who volunteered for this. The results will be published here when they become available.
I will also conduct a short evaluation after 3 months from the end of the Challenge
