NHS Grampian's Organisational Development (OD) Team are here to support individuals, groups and teams to build their capacity and capaility to achieve agreed objectives and outcomes. OD is often referred to as an approach to change through people with a focus on developing people to strengthen the organisation.
Its main strategic impact is on culture, climate, leadership, structures and processes, team working and individual development. OD can therefore be viewed as a critical element in supporting the achievement of NHS Grampian as a highly performing organisation.
