Count 14 - How does your weekly drinking add up?

 

With guidlines stating that men and women should drink no more than 14 units of alcohol a week to reduce the risk of harm, the 'Count 14' campaign has been developed by the Scottish Government to demonstrate what 14 units actually means in terms of alcoholic drinks.
