Toolbox talks aim to share key messages on a particular subject to staff groups in short sessions of around 10 minutes. The talk is designed for anyone to be able to deliver it. It does not have to be a subject specialist. It is for areas to decide how they will deliver the talks, for example during Safety Huddles or at staff meetings/handovers.

Toolbox Talks are now available electronically and can be booked and completed online. There are 2 ways to complete eToolbox Talks now:

1. Managers can print a copy of the Toolbox Talk and organise a face to face session for their staff.
2. Staff can book eToolbox talks independently and complete them as they do all other eLearning.
